They already have Pre-paid cards for gems, their called “Gem-Cards”. You can buy them from almost any store that sells games and electronics.

Well, of course, most of this forum viewers know what are Gems for in-game. My suggestion is, why not make something like a pre-paid card or any other stuff that let’s you BUY gems / gold with real life currency, it could have benefit the players’s economical in-game experience.
