Get rid of Quickness and The Downed State.
I love the way quickness was implemented in this game, it’s useful, but not over the top OP.
I come from a game where 5 attacks per second was the meta, and you had to spend hundreds of dollars to achieve it. The system we have now is a blessing compared to that.
I agree with you about the downed state though, I like it in PvE, but sometimes it just gets annoying in sPvP or WvW when you get one down and move on to the other one, but the other dude’s chucking rocks at you, which actually do quite a bit of dmg.

I’m guessing u’r talking about Perfect World. Some classes in that game were able to maintain a form of quickness which can kill someone in seconds. I like how theres high risk for using readily available quickness in this game and its very short duration.

I love the downed state and quickness. But I’m a mesmer so yea^^
Downed state as mesmer is OP compared to other classes, not just because of the confunsion (autoattack), stealth and clone (nr2 downed skill) and insane spike dmg (Illusionary rogue) but also because of clones you created before going down. As mesmer downed state is a blessing.
Oh and also time warp ftw
Downed in general is awesome. Feels a lot like a last effort to remain alive, like DnD where you only died after hitting -10 hp. In between there’s a struggle to stay alive.
