Get rid of it, it’s such a nuisance. There’s no one spamming the chats and I can’t look for a group for an instance. I’ll say “Lf _ exp” and after saying it twice my message gets suppressed and also any variation of it gets suppressed, making me unable to look for groups.

Although this is a proven spam prevention technique, I agree with your suggestion. Leave it to the humans to determine what constitutes as spam and report for spamming when necessary. Maybe temporarily limit someone’s map chat if X complaints are filed. Give longer chat/game suspensions for repeat offenders.
