Getting loot/ XP from monsters when a healed ally kills it

Hi, this is my suggestion:
I am mostly a healer in game, and i was wondering about maybe adding to the loot system that if an ally who gets healed by you kills a monster, then you get a small portion of xp/ loot from the ally’s kill. I suggest this because there have been many times where I haven’t auto attacked the target, because I have been using long cast healing spells instead, and therefore I havent got any rewards because another player kills the enemy too quickly.
I’d like to hear peoples views on this
Healing, and buffing too. Sometimes, i am with a group of poeple with my gurdian, i start buffing and healing them, when i finsh, all the mobs are dead and i didnt get anything, EXP or loot. Most of the time we fight a big group of eneamyes i try to “tag” all the mobs with an AOE befor suporting my allies to get some exp and loot too, it punish people who like to play suport roles.

I am all over this suggestion. I LOVE playing support, and I constantly feel like I have to tag stuff just to get rewarded for it. I’d love it if I could just get /something/ for heals and buffs.
