Guild Wars 2

Please give us 1 hour to restart and get new builds instead of 3 minutes. This has a couple of advantages:

— People in the middle of events, personal storylines, or dungeons can finish them. (Well… it depends on how far you are into a dungeon).

— Downloading and reconnecting will be faster for players since not everyone is doing it at the same time. (There have been times in the past where I couldn’t reconnect and download right away due to all the traffic.)

Currently, a person can restart any time before the countdown timer expires. Ever since I figured that out, I have had no problems restarting immediately and getting back online promptly since I am not battling the other people who wait for the clock to force a restart. (Changing zones also forces a restart.)

Anyway, it would certainly be more courteous to give us a greater warning period. We had a 1 hour warning once before (by mistake?) and it really saved me from having to repeat a lot of hard work.
