Please add a merchant to Lion’s Arch that will accept butter and chocolate in exchange for blood, claws, cloth scraps, and other things people actually want from a loot bag. It could be a lot of butter, I don’t care. I just don’t want my inventory to have high cholesterol.

Seconded! I have butter coming out of my ears and a complete lack of anything useful to all my other crafting professions.

If there is a best idea of the month poll for this forum, this thread will get my vote.

I think it would be interesting to have some NPCs or guards in WvW you could feed with stuff… not with the butter but with crafted and cooked food. Then you could use all your butter. Low level items should have lower effect than higher and more expensive to produce items.

Could make the guards stronger. Give some guard thousands of cookies made with butter eggs and other stuff or only 100 of Orrian Truffle stuff…. to turn it into a champion. And upgrade all your towers and castles. Now that they are going to change the 24 matches to 1 week this would be fun. Lol.

Edit: Or make it possible to give it to some priest for longer speed boons like the ones you can use your personality talk options in the cities but only longer and for food cost(only outside of combat and not in WvW).

I like this idea of the Butter merchant.

The butter merchant needs to resemble Paula Deen in both appearance and personality. Innuendo and diabetes, plz

The only logical explanation that I can come up with is that the loot drop tables are really screwed up and need some balancing. I can’t believe how much butter them dredge’s drop! They must have found a butter vein deep underground.

Please stop 1 copper butter and chocolate dropping from bags off of level 80 mobs. I have levelled 2 characters to 400 cooking and my butter and chocolate bank space is full, that is a lot of useful/valuable items I didn’t get.

I want my Peppercorn merchants back, Butter I got in spades 15-25 zones find the humanoid mobs and kill them indescriminately the bags they drop 1/3 has butter and they usually drop tons of bags my collectibles bank is Full up with Butter
Now if only I could find Peppercorn to go with my salt I’d be happy

Butter and Chocolate should just be back at the vendor. At this point keeping it as a drop is just meaningless, its still dirt cheap and you dont have to leave to city to get bulks of it.
