I could not find a good place to put this on, so I will relocate/delete this message if needed.

Gold Sellers are becoming more and more rude. First I was being e-mailed in-game, now I am being whispered. They all seem to promote the same website, of which the name I cannot type or else the forum thinks I am a gold seller.
To Anet: I hope there is some way you can get this website shut down or people banned.
To fellow players: If you get whispered, block the player and report him for gold selling.

Well um isnt that kinda redundant . Gold sellers by nature are rude to begin with . Report them for spamming and gold selling then block them thats all you can really do

The accounts used for spamming are banned.
The main issue is that people are stupid enough to keep buying gold and/or lose their accounts, which creates more spammers.

As for the website itself it is not really much ArenaNet can do.

They can add a filter to automatically ban the account that links it.

Anet has all rights on Guild wars and with that they can easly report the site to the police and they’l track it down and make shure it get’s closed down

Assuming the site domain is located is a US friendly country and more oft than not thy’re not

I’ve been whispered by this obnoxious organization almost daily for a week. I do the report + block combo but they keep coming back.

There have been times where I was in pretty isolated/empty places and still got a whisper. If you’ve ever said anything in LA I’m sure they have your account name; same here in the forum.
