Hello,

For a game named Guild Wars 2, there is not much for a guild to do together. While WvW is great fun for guilds, we need something for PvE. Since I hit lvl 80 a while ago, I have been running Orr events with my Guild. We basically just gather up and clear all of Orr events as one guild in 2-3 hours, give or take.

In all honesty this is getting dull. We need something to do as a guild in PvE. A fun challenging activities with rewards awaiting at the end for Guilds. This may sound like I’m asking for raids but in fact I’m not. I think the events system is a great start.

I think the following need to be added to the game:

1- We would like to build our own Guild Hall/Keep/Castles and be able to at least have some control on where the trade post/bank/crafting stations are placed. Maybe costume portals if possible.

2- We need an instance/map like Orr meant to be done with your guild that scale with the number of members present. This would be awesome using the event system with dynamic events going all over the map. Make it challenging and as Dynamic as possible to keep things fresh for us.

3- Award us as a guild with some special armour that has our logo and maybe guild initials.

4- Epic huge bosses like claw of jormag are a must. Make them based on team work and not zeros added to health and damage.

5- Maybe an epic Guild personal story that helps define our guild during those events.

This is already there and weapons too. You can research emblem, guild armour and weapons spending influence unlocking vendors that sell skins. On PvP armour the emlem is automatically added.

Aww but I love my backpack :P

I actually quiet like(edit-typo) some of your ideas though. Would be make sense to have an instanced dynamic event area where your guild can make progress.

I don’t think you fully understand my OP.

Please re read what I posted/suggested. We, as a guild, already organise a weekly PvE events clearing all of Orr from all available not bugged dynamic events at the time we go there. Once more after you do it for the 9th time it gets dull and boring.

Kindly, reread the the thread to understand the whole point of this thread.

One more note, doing low level maps is really of no interest to me or my guild since we are 300+ members and with at least 100 member with full Exotic sets. We want a goal and an award for our efforts. I’m very sure many guilds would like the same.

Completely agree, I feel bad because I have a decent sized guild myself and yet nothing to do with said guild. WvW is fine, assuming you can get in with the queue times (which albeit isn’t atrocious, just it it painful when trying to get a large number of people in the same zone) and there is no large scale pve worth really doing.

Ive actually noticed in my guild that activity has gone way down lately which is a shame. It is not even that people are leaving the guild or anything, just no one is actually playing =(.

But hey, at least guild halls are coming, thats a plus.

I could not agree anymore. This game needs a lot more end game content beside exploring the map and just running around and being zergs.. Needs more group activities

  • Dungeons.
  • PvP tournaments.
  • The Frostforge Sound area.
  • Split into different servers in WvW to fight each other.
  • Set up an October event to prepare for Halloween party (we need pumpkins, skull faces, etc etc)
