Guild Wars 2

Hey there ANet, I’ve been a Guild Wars lover since the first games. Now I know that you may not have time straight away for this, or you might already be working on it, either way.
I think that you should bring back the functionality from the first game which would post your guild’s announcement in the chat box when you’d log into a character, considering it’s an announcement that some people might not remember to check the guild panel for.
Another thing that my guild and I thought could be a good idea in terms of logistics, is an interactive calender in the Guild panel. Where you could add events, birthdays, content updates or whatever else.

Also, if at any time in the near future, although I’m sure you’re working on it, could you put some love into the Necromancers? Improve the AI a bit on minions, or even just a simple flag system so you can control them a bit better as opposed to them rushing at anything you target…

Thanks for your time and this awesome game that I think I will be enjoying very far into the future just as I did with the original game!

Regarding guild interface, could you add the column for guild active time just like in GW1? it would be good for us to know who have not been online for a long time. that way we can reorganize the guild

The announcement idea like the original gw would be fantastic to have back in game.

Also the offline time next to persons in guild list would be a great help in cleaning players who are either offline or not representing a particular guild.

A calendar function for the future would be great, this would give organising events inside a guild much more fluent and organised.

I have wanted a guild calendar since pre-release day 1 and I continue to hope for it. Put the Guild into Guild Wars instead of ignoring it!

Yeah I’d like something like that. Guild Announcements need to be more obtrusive I think. Also the ability to put up notes and a calendar would improve synergy in a guild. I’d like to have people in a guild obtaining information via ingame guild announcements. WvW-dates. Maybe some general rules/guidelines to be able to put up. The current announcement system really doesn’t do the game justice because its easy to miss and very limited.
