Guild Wars 2

Hello GW2 lovers.

I would like to suggest a new way of using a guild banners. The existing one suck big time. You plant and they exist for half an hour and that’s it. Stupid.

I would like to see more WAR online version of banners because they used to have the best system: You research it, buy it from guild merchant and whenever you need it – you plant it. It gives buff to all people around banner. Something similar like warrior banner.

Plain and simple. Thank you.

I like this idea actually. Or at least have some banners that can be carried by the guild. It would give large guild groups a more “Warband” type feel.

You definitely should post this idea into a Guild System Improvement thread that is running on this Suggestion forum. The OP is keeping a running list of people’s ideas etc.

Love this idea, WAR had a really good banner mechanics, and I would really love to see this in GW2, instead of current banner system which pretty much sucks.

I like the actually banners , if it was a regional thing they would kind of lose their purpose , the greatest example is the gathering one.

Still , adding new banners that give battle buffs , and making those ones like the ones you said would be cool.

Terrible idea.

If you want banners similar to warrior, then bring a warrior.
