Guild Wars 2

I was thinking about the name of the game, Guild Wars 2. So where are the guild wars? I know that there is WvW and PvP, but what about GuildvGuild (GvG)? I think it would be way cool to be able to form a guild, or join a guild and wage wars on other guilds. By winning your guild moves up in the tables and other guilds can request to battle. And each guild will have time to decide the day and time. Then the people in the guild will all show up and battle. Just a little thought I had.

they lasted from 1013-1070 AE and were fought between Ascalon,Kryta and Orr. When the Charr invasion happened the guilds returned to their homelands to defend them . Orr as it is shaped today is do to the event known as the Cataclysm which caused an explosion destroying all of Orr.

The game is named after the events Adine mentioned but that doesn’t mean there can’t be GvG. GW1 has GvG and it took place after the events in the lore. It’d be happy to see any form of GvG even GvG from GW1 just reskinned for GW2 would make me happy.
