Guild Cap
I suppose This may have gotten pushed back to have not received more views. >.< All I am asking for is the chance for people that want to be in the guild to get that chance.
This cap is done so not everyone in one server get sucked in these big guilds. And I’m pretty sure you don’t get 300+ ppl online at same timespan or even a week. Correct me if I’m wrong but I on’t think raising the cap has any priorities yet
We regularly Have between 250 and 300 people on during the weekdays and 350 to 450 during the weekends. You should see The Frozen Maw with 125+ people zerg rushing.
But I do see the point of not having everyone stuck in one giant guild. That said maybe we could get some form of chat that can be shared between guilds? You know like the Idea that was brought up for guild alliances so 2 or more guilds can converse without spamming /map or /say.
The inherent difficulties of organization in WvW helps to level the playing field among servers and spread activity throughout the day, instead of having a super-zerg claiming the entire map, followed by very low participation.
I would actually suggest having claimed points or locations go neutral or have their defenses reduced if they are not visited and supported by the owning world after a long enough period of time. How would you feel if your local police department, IRL, abandoned your town for the next one after declaring it free of criminals for the night? A maintenance force ought to be necessary.
Huh? I am not talking about the PvP and WvW player cap. I am talking about the number of people or accounts that can be in a guild…
Is no one else interested in larger guilds?
not many guilds are that big i guess :p
My guild hits the 400 people but I think 500 people is a nice cap, we don’t have all 400 online in a week. Many ppl quit for a while or just never represent so we got some people to clean up too
