Guild Challenge: Really???
That sounds like it totally sucks. Now you’ve scared me. We’ve just gotten enough merits for guild challenges and we’re building it now.
Guess I’ll pass the good news onto the powers that be.
Oh so you are posting a suggestion in the discussion thread?
Currently playing Heart of Thorns.
Sounds like a justifiable rant to me. I’d be kitten ed too. Maybe some others who have done some guild challenges can weigh in to discuss this further, because I’d be interested to hear more about them.
Its a challenge for a reason, although you got one of the hardest ones to start with.
Keep in mind that other guilds are waiting for your challenge to end before they can start, if some challenges last 20+ minutes and you want to keep reseting yours because you fail a small guild could effectively force guilds who can do it to wait.
Im not sure how you failed it so fast with that much prep, did you not have a tanky guardian to hold the crab? and any support to keep him alive?
I have to say the the crab challenge somehow seems to bug. It often happened to our guild that_it said it failed just because the crab disappeared all of a sudden (not dropping, not dying, not leaving the circle).
Crab toss challange really isn’t hard. If you failed that fast your designated runner screwed up.
My guild has run that one numerous times. If you can’t last till the big Karka show up you need to rethink who you have holding.
In fact last time we ran that one we failed Because one person didn’t listen and clear the area around the runner and the new runner. They ended up intercepting the crab, freaked out and weapon swapped dropping the crab for the fail.
They are supposed to be challenges, don’t get upset. If you had really researched like you said you would have had more challenges already queued up just incase. No matter the challenge you should have more ready. In fact if your Guild had just started them yet running multiple a week. Even if you don’t get merits or commendations the learning of the different challenges is worthwhile
