Guild Halls

Although I did not play Guild Wars 1 many of my friends said it would be really cool if they brought the Guild Hall feature from GW1 to GW2. For those who don’t know a Guild Hall is an area where every guild member can gather and socialize and what not.
There is probably way more to the Guild Hall but, I just don’t know much about it. Anyways it seems like a cool idea and i think they should add something like it.

Yes, this is an absolutely fantastic suggestion. Also, it would be cool if people made use of the search function in the forums in order to post in an already existing thread, instead of making a new one. Still, a good suggestion.

Using this aforementioned search function, I found this for example:

If you ppl read patch notes and wiki you see we get housing and guild halls in jan-feb. And that means, they DO listen to community, and they do wish to fill in the gaps they left in the game.

People who can argue often offer a good and meaningful conversation about the subject.
People who can’t tend to call the opponent troll, scream something utterly incomprehensible
and finally result to personal insults.

Guild hall would be a brilliant feature to GW2, i think at some point along the line i heard a lil bird say arenanet was interested in this. Lets just hope they implement this perk/upgrade for all guilds out there

They will be implementing this – kind of like how they are working on getting us house instances as well. I hope it comes soon, but it might take a bit.

It’s fine, really. I’m just trying to raise search-function-awareness. Since if everyone was more focused in the correct threads, it would be easier for the developers to find those important suggestions that will really make the game better. Instead of going over the same over and over again.
Still, I agree: GuildHalls are an awesome idea.

yep guildhall must come to guildwars 2 , a place to socialise and if its the same as in gw 1 a place with all merchants and stuff (if unlocked) would be really nice
