Guild Wars 2

OK this topic has been touched on but not really discussed to much they would be great to have yes. But not as a personal instance Myself and a lot of players I have talked with would rather have the hall like it was in GW1 where the guild could meet pvp each other and other guilds and stuff like that then add a personal instance area in the Hall for players own stuff and achievements. The guild Halls being kinda like it was in GW1 would really be great I think I miss the guild being able to meet up there from wherever we was in the world and being able to leave as a group. We miss our pvp scrimmage matches against each other and other guilds to test builds and tactics And Having a hall that the guild can setup together instead of a small instance would be more fun. Just my thoughts on the subject..

Prior to release Guild Halls was promised as one of the up-coming things we could look forward to in GW2. However (like a number of things, player houseing for eg) Anet has gone quiet on this issue and have not kept the players imformed.
As a GW1 veteran, this was one of the things I looked forward too and helped me decide to bring many of my GW1 mates across with me.
We’ve already lost some long term players because things arent what they wanted (or were promised) BUT hopefully Anet will turn things around !

Im not sure where, but not so long ago (1 maybe 2 months ago max) I heard a statement that they are still working on this. I searched, but couldn’t find it in 1 to 2 minutes.

I would like to see this as well.. it kinda completes the game guildwise :-)

To me the guildhall would be really nice, and I’d like to have it, but there are so many other things, guild wise, that are more important to me. Cross-guild chat or alliances, guild tools like guild MotD displaying in guild chat when players log on and off, guild mail, messages that display in guild chat telling me when players log in or out, being able to queue more upgrade items at a time… This is the meat of what is needed for guilds — halls are just the gravy.
