Guild Wars 2

Ok, I’m sure hundreds of people have suggested Guild Halls or whatever. Yes, please give us Guild Halls. Well, maybe not “give”. Make us pay like 250 merits and 200,000 influence to get it. sounds good.

Ok, now assume we have a Guild Hall. Whats so great about having a Guild Hall in GW2 compared to GW1? I’m sure we have to spend merits/influence on filling it with all sorts of goodies, like merchants, traders, banks, etc.

Here’s the REAL suggestion on something we can buy as a guild to have access in our guild hall….

Guild-only Mini Gamems !!!

So, some of the mini games out there now are Keg Brawl, Crab Toss, and the Hunger Games type thing thats brand new. Lets say each Mini game cost 200 merits and XXX amount of influence. Once you unlocked it, you gather up some guildies, goto the guild hall, access the npc and you can all enter into your Guild’s personal game, filled with only guildmates. Now you can make guild only teams and battle each other. Unlock the “Hunger Game” and fill it with 50 Guildies to battle to the death.

The only downside is that playing in the “Guild only” version of these mini games does NOT count towards any achievements associated with the “public versions” of the same mini games. Keeps guild from unlocking achievements by rigging the game, but allows guild to have some serious fun.

This also opens up Guild vs Guild Mini games. We all want GvG pvp types of games, so why not GvG mini-games battles too? If your guild and another guild have the same mini games unlocked, you can challenge each other in that mini game. Guild vs Guild Keg Brawl… GvG crab Toss might become more like a Rugby type game.. etc etc…

I’m sure as time goes on, more and more mini games will be release. it give Guilds a “merit sink” to spend merits on.

as much as guild halls should be in the game, i wouldn’t really expect them. so far, we’ve had lag wars 2, zerg wars 2, siege wars 2, coverage wars 2, RNG wars 2, range wars 2, grind wars 2, bot wars 2, hack wars 2, nerf wars 2, but not enough guild related content to really call it guild wars 2. (yeah, i know that the name is based off of an event in the lore, and has nothing to do with players’ guilds, and they’ve done everything they can to drive that point home) nothing except a few vague “someday…..maybe” quotes give any indication that it’ll ever change. it’s pretty disheartening, but ultimately, we don’t really have any say in the matter.

I came here to post the same thing, it would be awesome to play the Survival game in a guild hall with just guild members

This is my number 1 want in the game.
It would be a huge boost towards guildplay, something that the guild missions have been trying to help with.
