Being new to guild management, I may have missed something in the interface. If I did <face palm>, if not, here’s a suggestion…..

Since a lot of people who we have recruited have stopped playing GW2 for other games (yeah I know), we’ve looked at our roster routinely and are planning on removing inactive players. The only problem I have before removing people is that I’m not sure if they’re inactive or playing from different time zones. I know GW2 allows you to be in other guilds and represent as you feel like but adding a “date last representing the guild” column to the current interface would be wonderful. Short of this we’re considering monitoring for a week as we play and then mass mailing everyone who wasn’t seen being active. For a guild who hopes to move on and last a while, this is going to become a tedious task especially if we want to maintain only a list of active players.

It should be simple to add this in as I’m sure ANet has something for last player login anyways. I know it’s a privacy thing and I have no problems about not showing how often the player logs in, but adding the last time they represented the guild would help show their dedication to the guild.

idk why they still haven’t improved guild UI yet. it’s so difficult to keep track of who’s been active or not and who to promote. Please make this happen already.

Since last login time is not available, you can just send them a message to rejoin then kick them out lol and tell them to rejoin if they decide to play when people are on. Just a makeshift solution. Or leave a message about kicking people out on the Message of the day message.
