Now, only by accidently discovering this when trying to kick a member from the party who was in fact offline. It was here I had discovered, I kicked that same member from the guild on accident, without warning.
So! My suggestion should be obvious, a warning to kicking a member from the guild. We need an ‘are you sure?’ kind of message here.

The fact that the “Kick from Guild” option even comes up when you right click on someones name is pretty silly. You should only be able to do that directly from the guild roster.
