Please change the Guild window UI as follows:

• Allow selecting and copying text out of the message
• When an officer clicks to edit the message, please preserve/insert the text of the previous message instead of showing a blank box

Use cases:

• Mumble/TS/Vent info in guild message
• URLs in guild message
• Only need to make small typo changes to message
