Guild Message - Notification
+1, I never, ever, pay attention to the guild message when looking at the roster because you never expect it to change (except maybe in a very active or populated guild)

This is a small improvement I’d like to request, but i feel it will be quite useful for all:
Display a red dot on the guild icon at the top navigation strip when there’s a new unread Guild Message. (same Mark as the one on the TP icon or Mailbox)

Agree on this! This is not big deal as we already have notifier for Black Lion for picking up items. Also, we could have for this a tooltip at least first time when it appears (same those we had for playing the game).

please no more annoying notifications :P The TP one is already “meh” xD
other and imo better solution: have the message of the day appear as guildchat message on login and change.
Guildchat option in my opimion is both more intrusive and ineffective, because one easily learns to filter such agressive notification spam.
It could be an option to select between the two or we could have them oth t the same time.

Because as we all know, everyone in a guild is always on at exactly the same time, and unlikely to miss guild chat messages.
