Hello,
I want to open this topic with a pressing issue in the guild status: Guild missions cause guild imbalance – meaning – large guilds with guild missions are more exotic than small guilds, and it makes it hard for new guild, particularly ones that are small to develop properly . Due to that , more people prefer to go to bigger guilds and enjoy the guild missions , while the small ones suffer lack of recruiting.

My solution is to enable guild missions with less needed required developing.

I would also like to see other people’s input in this issue and perhaps one of the gw2 crew.

**just to clarify : I don’t mean it to say that guild missions are super hard to get, but while it takes time, people prefer joining bigger ones that already unlocked them.

<metaphore><sarcasm>yeah, lets forbid big companies to make things cheaper so small companies can compete with them!</sarcasm></metaphore>

do you see the point? none wants you to create a big guild, but more people just works faster and better if coordinated properly

you have two options…
1) get rid of small guild and grow your guild bigger or join another bigger guild
2) ask some bigger guild to cooperate and join it like an “aliance host”, play guild missions with them so you can earn rewards for yourself and keep your small guild as a friend house

you choose… but please, dont complain that something is too hard because you want to be in small guild

I think you haven’t understood me well. When I refer to a small guild, I don’t mean like a friends guild or something, I mean guild that just got opened.

Fact is , it’s hard to gain influence due to lack of player wanting to join.

now i know what you mean… but its supposed to be hard, there shouldnt be trilion of guilds (i remember this from WoW, everyone wanted to have their own guild, then all people complained they dont have enough players in guild for raiding), not everyone can have a big working guild, it just doesnt work like this… without friends or already existing guild from another game its hard to build completely new one, especially this long after the game started, dont take it personally…

your suggestion would ruin whole point of progress and limited access to guild missions, there is a reason why they are this expensive, just saying you can still wait for another opinions, if any will appear

“without friends or already existing guild from another game its hard to build " – well I do have a guild with my friends, and it’s frustrating for them to keep shouting in LA. Even with friends it’s hard.

You have a good point there – guild takes time- I suppose making guild missions available from the start is not the best solution, but I am sure people here can come up with creative ideas.
