A fairly easy suggestion now the titles are more visable:
Can we have an ‘Guild Recruiter’ title??

Any guildmember that has the right to recruit new membersgets the title ‘Guild Recruiter’
It doesn’t reward anything but when recruiter you can wear this title to show others to talk to you if they want to become a member of your guild.

So while recruiting in the chat you want others to see that you are recruiting? Maybe rectuiting isn’t enough obvious..? I don’t think ppl would fight to join a guild just because you have this title under your name. 99% who would join a guild this way is such a newbie he wouldn’t even know what that title is.

My guild doesnt recruit in the sense of spamming in chat. It is our experience you meet people and make friends when you play the game. This results in more ‘durable’ members and friends. having this title on when you meet someone makes it easier to be recognised while acutally playing the game.

2. that’s a guild rank not a title. Guild ranks only show in the guild tab, which would be useless for the purposes the OP wants a title for.

OP suggested that guild members with the right to recruit (Admin Lower Rank-permission if I recall correctly) gets access to a Guild Recruiter title in their hero panel. When you create a new guild you start off as guild leader with all rights. This basically means anyone that gets a mule guild gets the title.
