Guild Wars 2

By this I mean wars between guilds in your server. You could have an alliance with other guilds are become hostile. If hostile you could have wars to fight for rewards and have special battlefields for these wars. Maybe alliances could help in the fight? I don’t really know how to expand on this idea, but I’m sure others could.

Well this is possibly a way to introduce world PvP, but the thing then becomes why would you want to become hostile with another guild other than to be hostile with another guild. What would be required is some additional competitive mechanism between guilds that allow for the creation of rivalries and the natural emergence of hostility that way.

Didn’t they confirm Guild Wars will have Guild Wars but they plan on introducing it when they’re good and ready as they would like it to have a real world competitive edge to it as GW1 did.
