Guild Wars 2

It was suggested by Gaile Gray that I post this request here. And thank you Gaile for your quick response.

I have been a long time player and fan of the original Guild Wars and now Guild Wars 2. I believe that ArenaNet is a company that pays attention to the community. I believe that is why this 40 year old man (me) enjoys playing as much as I do… The company seems to care about its customers.

Okay, to the point now. I think it would be great to see the Guild Wars 2 logo inside a 24oz Tervis Tumbler that could purchase through the Guild Wars 2 Shop (not black lion).

I know, it seems like a strange request. Please remember that I am just a fan and I am in no way a sales person and no, I do not work for Tervis. But everywhere I go, I kept hearing about these Tervis Tumblers and how well they kept hot drinks hot and cold drink cold. They seem to really have caught on and also seem like the “in thing”. Then I went on a cruise last week and as a gift I received a 16oz Tervis in my cabin with the Carnival logo embroidered (stitched) inside of the tumbler and thought “Wow, that looks very neat!” and I also thought “I also get to try one of these weird cups out for the first time”. And so, I did… and it’s true. It is a very neat thing. Then I took my tumbler into the computer room with me and sat down and started playing GW2 and then it hit me. EVERYONE probably drinks something while playing GW2 and wouldn’t it be cool to have this thing with an embroidered Guild Wars 2 logo inside?

I have attached a few Photoshopped samples of what an embroidered and wrap would look like. I also have all the paperwork/prices you need to consider such a thing in bulk (but I cannot attached PDF’s). I have done all of the research for you. I only ask that you consider it.

What do you all think? Would you purchase one of these things just to have it (like the mouse pads, charr plush, etc.)?? I would like feedback from all of you as to whether ArenaNet should consider such a product to sell in their shop. Look at the attached PhotoShopped pics and let me (and ArenaNet) know what you think.

No matter what… Thank you for such an awesome game. You have a true Guild Wars fan in me.

PS- I only have one stipulation… if you do consider it, save a few for me to purchase. laugh

I also posted this in on the Google+ Unofficial Guild Wars 2… and they all seem to like the idea. I wish there was else wear I could post this. I know most people like to suggest game play here.

I have two 24oz Tervis Tumblers and I love them. My wife has like 4 or 5 of them. They are great for hot and cold drinks and they keep them hot or cold for quite a while.

That said. I’d totally buy a GW2 Tervis.
