Perhaps a WvW vendor that is locked until the guild unlocks it?

1. Everything is purchased with badges still
2. Possibly siege that’s cheaper or better in some way
3. Commander book for badges, and remove the public book.
4. More guild equipment, but competitive stats, with guild emblems all over it
5. Purchase special upgrades for claimed keeps, or potentially an upgrade that allows you to claim more towers/keeps on the same map

The possibilities are endless in this case, and can tie into guild halls at a later date
