Guild chat: I want to see all guild chats
I love this suggestion! When I represent guild A, I want to listen to guild B too, so I would change guild immediately if some funny thing happen in guild B.
Pls pls pls include this feature
I think they should abolish the multiple guild systems to begin with. It completely goes against the guild wars philosophy. You can even be in guilds across servers and fight yourself (your guilds) on WvW. It promotes a lack of loyalty and class that gw1 had. I don’t like it and I wish they would revert back to the alliance system.
By your logic, the alliance chat would be exactly what you are looking for!
I would rather that the guild chats remain in the same color, BUT…
When you’re typing, you see the guild tag (it’s only 4 letters!) beside each respective member’s names. And switching is done by tags as well.
And have it so we can use ‘tab’ to toggle through which guild we’re chatting to.
Players can customize their channels on their own interface if they have to parse it further.

No… Alliances are dependent on the guild-leaders allying with specific guilds. Guild members would have absolutely zero control over which guilds would be linked into the chat
NOT what this topic is looking for.
Lv80s: Guard, Thief, Necro. Renewed my Altaholic’s card on the HoT Hype-Train. Choo choo~
Guild Sabotage.
Best reason why it isn’t there.
Lady Alexis Hawk – Main – Necromancer
Ravion Hawk – Warrior
why should you get to see what a guild is doing if you are not doing anything to help the guild(ie: representing it)?

The logical conclusion to that line of thinking is ’let us represent multiple guilds."
I had been thinking the other day it would be nice to be able to represent up to 3 guilds (but still show your primary one as the tag? I don’t know). But of course that opens it to abuse, like was mentioned above with cross-guild spying, and everyone having a one-person guild active just as a personal bank expansion, etc.
I really want to get behind the OP’s suggestion, but there’s a ton of holes in the whole multi-guild system I can see that are too complicated to patch up.
Though, I think spying and sabotage could be thwarted just by being able to see all the guilds an account is a part of, but that opens up a completely new can of worms.
