If a guild claims a structure but does not put up buffs, please code it so that the guild claim can be replaced by anyone. As long as buffs are up, the guild that claimed has to give permission to relinquish the claim.
It should be a minimum number of buffs and should not include supply carrying buff as a qualifier.
