I came here to find a guild but with the current format its a PITA. Why not break this up into servers to make finding one easier.

Just make new sub-forums, give everybody like a 24 hours notice to copy there recruitment posts, and then delete everything in this main forum.

Agree 1000% hard to filter through all the millions of post to find server specific stuff
