Guild Wars 2

On a lot of message boards, and profanity filters, the term STFU is moderated. I truly wish that were the case here. I find it tiresome to see this guild tag everywhere I go in GW2. I play a lot of games, and I cant say I have ever seen a guild tag STFU, a testament to those games collective integrity. I judge GW2, NCsoft and Arena net to have more integrity then any other game publisher, especially in the realm of character and guild naming, so I am surprised that this tag is okay with you.

I am not interested in user comments about how you can justify this tag as being anything less then an implied profanity. – I express that I am disappointed in the lack of integrity displayed by the publisher’s tolerance of such obvious profanity, and childish behavior.

Your poor innocent eyes are now polluted with such obvious profanity, and childish behavior, oh noes! But seriously dude chillax, it’s just a tag. Maybe it means Sassy Teen Fellers Unit!

There is a similar incident with the kitten Slayers[KKK].

and then there was [CnB] CokNBalls guild.

There is probably way more offensive guild names than just stfu..
