Guild Wars 2

Make an option where the guild leader or officers can send a chat to a specific rank by typing… /officer or something to that idea where only members in that rank can see that chat..

I think this would be a nice little add on to the guild chat section

There are a lot of threads on this, and most people are hoping that ANet implements separate chat rooms for officers, leaders, etc. within the Guild.
