As the leader of an active guild I am in need of an essential tool that most other MMOS provide, Member Last Activity Date. Achievement points do not help much.

My guild has been in game since the first few minutes of launch, this means we have been adding members for almost a year now. We currently have 283 members and 80 members logged in over the course of yesterday. we usually run around 60 logins each day. We might have 150 active members but I really don’t know.

There is a certain turn over rate in this game and people drop off the map unexpectedly. We have to track our members using a spreadsheet and every three months or so send in game mail to inactives and give them a few weeks to respond before being removed. I need to know which members have been gone for more than a month or two so that we can clean things up. We have had four cleanouts since launch and have removed at least 300 members. If we didn’t clean out from time to time we would be maxed out right now at 500 members with only 50 active members and 25 logins each day.

My officers and I shouldn’t have to spend so much time managing a shared spreadsheet.

Agreed, and this has been asked for numerous amounts of times. This is such a critical aspect to guilds.

This is something I would love to see! Tools for guild leaders are remarkably lacking, not even the ability to send a guild mail.

Oh wow i did not notice them missing it… That is indeed a crucial part… how did this go through beta testing?
