I think they should add some general payment stuff in the Gemstore, such as Paysafe card

Paysafe, visa, mastercard and gem cards are already implemented. These 4 are industry standards for payment.

If I can’t play Guild Wars 2 at work, I won’t work in Guild Wars 2 either.

Marnick, it’s PayPal not Paysafe that is implemented. Fine by me as I use PayPal anyway, but others might prefer another option.
