Guildmates on the map

Add colored dots to represent Guildmates. To keep the game from trying to keep track of everyone, just display Guildies that are currently representing on the region map the player is currently in.

Just as a side note, not one single Anet forum moderator/developer/whatever has commented on the whole Guild Alliance or Guild Chat issue that is MISSING from this game.
