Guild Wars 2

Look at the dueling on PWI, DCUO, WOW, Vindictus, and Age of Conan. It’s strange that GW2 doesn’t have dueling yet. EVEN runescape has dueling! Please give us dueling! It would be fun to do some pve dueling as well because we could test our awsome pve chars in a player vs player. (Simple really… Just right click a player, then select request duel. DCUO is a good example of casual dueling)

Agree, and with duels, id really love to see some kind of arena tournament 1v1 and 2v2

There is a search function for a reason duplicating threads doesn’t make it more likely to happen. Maybe you should have posted on one of the many other 50 threads that discuss this. Of course you would have also found out that they are adding a dueling function and therefore making this thread a useless thread.

Dueling does nothing for PvE so no dueling option needs to be added there, this is why Arena Net is adding a option to be accessed through PvP. As dueling a player holds no benefit to fighting PvE AI, as they react differently than players. Please use the search function you will find a whole new world opened up to you.

I agree. Guild Wars 2 was a game that everyone loved because of their extensive pvp modes. Adding a casual dueling system would make it all the more better. Many players demand 1v1 pvp because this particular pvp mode would work very well with the skill and trait combinations one can make. Furthermore the action/build combat in Guild Wars 2 fits very well with the dueling system. Overall, I do agree as well as another 9/10th of all other GW2 players. WE NEED DUELING!

Well there is no need to introduce duelling on Pve content.
What i think is just that the MISTS need some kind of 1v1 and 2v2 arena option, for casuals, but also something competitive.

Do people just ignore the fact that Arena Net has stated that this January or febuary a Dueling option will be open to people in the Mist?

People read do a little research before blindly posting stuff and suggestion about stuff that is already going to be added with in the next MONTH.

I hope every time a thread comes up like this and people start posting as if they aren’t going to do it Dev’s and Mod’s stand back and laugh at the stupidity of people, and the lack of the ability to do a 5 minute search for the information
