As a suggestion maybe putting in a idea from you rather than just throwing some vids you want them to watch. I have watched all the videos and they make good points however you have posted no “suggestion” just videos that others have made.

For example a good suggestion could be to change the tons and tons of mobs in orr (that is really annoying and not tough) to groups of mobs with a vet leader roaming. There are so many mobs in orr right next to each other and I HATE the ones that pull you to them when i’m just trying to run across the map because I don’t want to pay for a waypoint.

Another that those videos don’t touch on is END gameplay which seems to have a HUGE issue ATM (which might get changed with this new patch).
