And by months, I mean I haven’t gotten a Black Lion chest key from the world in like 4 months. I got one during a quest when I finally finished my story on my second character as a reward, but as for monster drops it’s been forever. I know they nerfed the drop rate on chests shortly after launch since they were dropping like candy, but how about a buff on keys dropping? I’m not saying they need to drop after every other monster I kill, but it would be nice to get 1 once or twice a week. I think the Gem Store prices are a little high on the amount of keys you get, and given how many chests I have, isn’t really a viable option xD. Just a thought.

I’ve actually noticed an INCREASE in the drop rate on the Black Lion Chests since the second part of the Flame and Frost was released. (Coincidentally also when they nerfed the Event Chests). But I too have not received a Key in game for quite a while. I believe they are only available through Gem Purchases now? I used to get them from exploring all the time, now nothing……

if can be any consolation i found one from drop recently, it is extremely rare though, whenever it happens i jump like i found an exotic
