Me idea is make true healing/support class without DMG in this game.
How to do it?
First time rework healing power and gear with healing power.
How?
1,Increase healing power the strength of 100%-200% beacose “old” healing power is funny underpower stats.
2,Make and rework old gear with healing power on HP/VIT or TOU/boons duration and HP/VIT/TOU. All gear with the healing power will not offensive stats POW/CON/PREC

But how would you solo PVE said class?
Ug, low damage so leveling is a slog? Pass. I’ve played healers in about 6 other MMOs as I enjoy the role, but it makes soloing to endgame a miserable experience.
Healing power could be stronger – like 10%-20%, – but if you know how to use it +100% or more would be insane. If you aren’t getting enough out of Healing Power, re-examine you class/build choices. The value is definitely there if you leverage it (like most stats).
Thing to consider – in this game ALL classes are pretty decent at looking after themselves in the face of damage pressure. You only need a very small amount of healing to tip them over into “indestructible”. I generally find my Guardian’s Battle Presence or my Warrior’s perma-regen via banners to be more than enough to mop up any small spills or mistakes my teammates might make. Dedicated "healers’ would just be a drain on DPS and overall efficiency – the encounters would have to be reformulated to give them a niche, and in doing so make them a necessity rather than a curiosity. I’d rather take self sufficiency any day over having to stop and find a healer before the group can do stuff.

Healing power strength increased by 100-200% is not insane.
Looks on all healing spell in this game http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Healing and see this realy bad healing power coefficient.
Mostly 0.1-0.3 and spells with 20-60sec CD have 0.5-1 healing power coe.
Old regeneration with 1k healing power = 255 Hp/s
With new +150% healing power str = 437 Hp/s or 380 Hp/s with +100% healing power str. And “new” healing power gear havent no offensive stats = zero DMG.

The only way to make a true healer in GW2 is to continuously blast water fields. If you are doing it non-stop your damage will not be optimal. I don’t believe you need the healing power stat however.

Or how about we don’t have a boring scrub class that gets carried through content.
It’s bad enough that 99% of players already are scrubs that I have to carry, and I’m not even that good a player.
Not a good idea – leave the game as is.
I think the ability that people have to heal/support themselves solely and to an extent their party is quite good in its current state. As someone who loved being a healer in every MMO ever I have to say I am quite grateful for the chance of the way it works here.
That and I’m not sure how making a damage-less class is even possible. A class that cannot defend itself without someone killing for them is never fun. I have played some classes in MMOs where I literally could never level without another person. Never fun to sit around wasting time for a group/party. No one would pick a pure healer that cannot solo at all compared to what already exists.
Just sounds like it goes totally against what GW2 wants to do.
