Off course all the other things would not reset (Skillpoints, waypoints and POI’s). I realize this suggestion will rub some people the wrong way, since it may resemble “dailies” and the old Quest-grind a little too much, but I feel Hearts are a good way to make money and mix up your gathering mats in a zone.
Now that I am level 80 and concentrating on crafting I realize that I must revisit some lower level zones in order to get the rare crafting materials. Most of these zones I have completed and the hearts are filled. Camping mobs in one place is a no-go anymore(I hate that anyways) so I was thinking the hearts were a nice incentive to “make a round” through the zone again, and earn silver to boot. This way you will keep moving through the zone, have no anti-camping issues and you get a nice chunk of silver and XP from the hearts and also gather mats in the proces.
Also, this way we may see more people again in zones that are now slowly becoming devoid of players. Earning money is pretty tough in this game so being able to redo Hearts after a week or so could adress some problems.
They could also up the money earned by completing a Heart a little, imo. After all, it is a very legit way to earn money, will draw people back to a zone and will also keep them spread throughout the zone.

This has potential. Perhaps offering different rewards if one goes back. Or only allow part of the hearts to be redone. IE: If you did something that story wise only makes sense to do once but they also had you water their plants, then still let you water the plants for a bit of karma or some such.
Things that encourage people to retread already traveled areas works for me.

This is a redundant request to a system that is already in place, Dynamic Events.
At level 80, going back to newbie areas you get 1s20c for each simple event. Events run off a timed chain. Learn the Chain and move from event to event. A good level 80 can complete 20-40 events in an hour. And you don’t have to stay throughout the event, contribute enough to get a gold medal and move to next event. When it does complete you will get the reward.
And thus you would make 20-40 silver. You also get about 200-400 karma per event. So I seriously oppose this idea as it is unnecessary.
