I personally feel that there is no incentive to help others with story mode quests/missions. The only reward one gets for doing this currently (That I can tell…) is the drops and exp you get from mobs you kill. Maybe one could be rewarded with karma for helping others. There is no incentive to help random people, except for feeling helpful. I do story missions with guildies all the time, and from what I can see, there is no reward. maybe one could be made, to help support parties, and playing together. instead of alone.
After playing for a month, I feel like this game does support working together, but there is no reason to communicate, or get to know the person next to you. Unless its a dungeon. And honestly, dungeons are underused. Maybe there should be <Group> Story missions as well as <Solo> Story missions. Wasn’t that level 50 story mission pretty epic? (dont wanna ruin it for those who haven’t done it, but it was when we lost that one island?) Imagine if 5 people where there, and there was three times the mobs…. Wouldn’t that be more fun?
