Borlis Pass’ official male cheerleader
Commander by title: Sawnec the Mesmer
Can we please have the option to hide/disable quests from showing up on the UI? I am not interested in perusing the Flame and Frost event, and usually I can pass over the stuff I don’t want to see (such as story quests) because they have transparent background.
This one sticks out like a tourist in Russia.
Can we please have the option to hide them in some way?

totally legal. <_<
You can minimize it
That not only is undone after I load a new zone, it doesn’t stop it from being unusually visible.
The whole system is poorly designed. It can only effectively display two items at a time, including the personal story, hearts and any number of quests. As soon as something new comes in it opens that and closes other things without any regard to what you want open. Whenever you do anything toward one of them it opens that one, even if you specifically closed it and again closes others without regard for what you want or don’t want open.
“You can minimize it:)” is not, in fact, the answer.
The right side tracker should really needs to be improved. Only 3 things can be expanded and it is annoying. Most of the time they expand when you dont want etc.
With the current ongoings I think it is a shame that you don’t want to partake in the Living Story, however, the game does emphasize playing the game the way YOU want to (and personally, I don’t spend much time with the new dynamic events, but they are core gameplay and I want it to improve so I try to get as much of an impression of it as I can).
- Anyhow, about your request, I agree.
It is not that big an issue to me, but the times that I need one thing to be open and it is closed due to other events popping up can be irritating. I’d like to minimize my personal story bar.
- The Flame and Frost is useful to check updates, though there aren’t that many. Maybe minimizing it until players are in the zone where it is relevant would solve this.
Some tweaking needs to be done to it, that much we can agree on.
Thanks for the replies, guys :3
@Sinifair: Yeah I’ve never been interested in story of any MMO for as long as I can remember.
