Home instances need an overhaul. Here is what I’d like to see in the future. Feel free to add to the list.

- Instant travel to the home instance (home instance waypoint)
- Black Lion & Bank Access in the home instance
- Improve dialogue/interaction with personal story related NPC’s
- Small dynamic events/dailies (gathering events, escort events, etc.)
- Player homes with trophies, customizations, etc. – upgrades through Black Lion
- Repair merchant.
- Target practice, dummies, training areas
- More order representation (representatives from Vigil, Priory, or Whispers)
- Guild representation (guild banners, emblem display, etc.)
- The occasional visit w/dialogue from Logan, Caithe, Rytlock, Zojja, or Eir depending on a character’s race.
- A clothing merchant that sells commoner clothing/noble clothing for kharma points

Need some reason to go there. I forgot there was even one till I saw threads mention it.

To expand on one of your points: The NPCs you interacted with during your prior missions forget who you are when you revisit them in the home instance. It lacks any sense of being “home” or a testament to your personal story.

My human noble character received the same chat text as my human commoner character from a NPC who features in the human commoner storyline, asking me when I would be coming back again and how he enjoyed seeing me despite having never seen my character before.

My charr character’s shaman father has nothing to say to my character whenever my character found him.
