How to get people into unpopulated dungeons.
Gimmicks are not necessary. Dungeons with balanced rewards for time and risk are the solution.
Agreed, you are not rewarded for the time spent in the harder dungeons, this is why no one runs them, ( excluding Arah ) CoE is a great example, horrible dungeon, just relentless AoE bombs everywhere, and very little rewards.
Maybe you give a better reward for gaining the dungeon completion title. That would get people in every path at least once, right?
CoF p1 needs a serious buff so its not so kitten easy and short.
I like the idea but it probably wouldn’t be enough.
Some Ideas I had:
1. I would really like to get additional rewards for doing all paths of a dungeon in a single week. Something like the daily fractals chest, with some additional tokens and a increased chance to get exotics for example! The same would be possible as daily reward for doing a dungeon for the first time that day.
2. If all dungeon vendors would sell lv 80 rares we would finally know what to do with our caudecus/ ascalon/ twilight/ dredge tokens after completing our exotic sets!
3. Better loot in harder dungeons: it should be possible to judge the difficulty of every dungeon by now. It’d be nice if the harder/ longer dungeons would be more rewarding (more lodestones/ cores and rare+ drops).
