How to handle level of difficultly
I was missing this from the first Guild Wars and I think it would be a good idea. It also means that when you are leveled 2-3 levels lower you get a bonus 20-30% increase to magic find. Which would be nice for the Risk Reward system.

Give the player the option to lower their level in the zones for greater rewards!
DDO has this feature for explorable areas and dungeons. The levels are Casual, Normal, Hard, Elite
