Hey there ANet, gotta start with saying love GW2 a ton after having left WoW and their more than negative attitude during recent years.

One of the first things that caught my eye in this game was Jumping Puzzles. My main concern only being that you guys must have spent countless hours working and trialing these amazing puzzles only to have them turn into rather dull menial tasks. With the recent update to events scaling and providing decent incentives I thought this could possibly apply to Jumping Puzzles.

Now of course this needs to be worked on but some suggestions to obviously keep it fair:
1. First puzzle of the day works as a sort of second daily rewarding scaled loot regardless of the puzzle as to allow all puzzles to stay relevant.
2. Mark the beginning of these puzzles on the map (not really a huge deal but I found the puzzles hard enough most of the time to warrant the revealing of the entrance.

Mainly I would just like to make the point that I spend much much more time working through a jumping puzzle only to receive less rewards than a 10 minute event fight that I merely popped into after watching a timer.

It would be nice if jumping puzzles were more profitable, I agree. But once you know how to do them, they are very easy – even bottable I imagine. For this reason they probably won’t change the loot tables.

Tis a fair point. More of less why I think once a day would be the max they could do. Can’t see too much problem with one Jumping Puzzle reward.
