I am sick and tired of not being able to collect loot that is right next to me when I die. Why make a mechanic where you can autoloot… but the moment you’re dead, you can’t pick it up? I am so frustrated with how long it’s taken for anyone at anet to notice this and it’s still not fixed yet. Please fix, thanks.

And as a side note, the garrison in piken square borderlands is still bugged and has been so for days. Not happy.

Won’t bother checking this thread as trolls will just put stupid remarks and ain’t nobody got time for that. Just want it fixed.

We decide to go spelunking one day, and hit diamonds! I shoot you because I want the diamonds for myself.

There is nothing to “fix”, though.

If you were able to pick up loot after you die, that would promote suicide bombing. And as you know from the thing they did with PvE dungeons, ANet thinks that’s a wrong way to play the game.

Obla has a very good point. The fact that it would promote suicide bombing alone is enough to discourage developers from making it so you can pick up loot while dead. Sorry tough life i know.

and yes I wvw and know the pains you speak of, but autolooting when dead makes no sense and would open up people just bombing in specifcally to tag everyone and die.
