As my characters travel around Tyria they see all sorts of NPCs wearing things that I’d really like to have available to me as armor (or even just as town clothes) but, to the best of my knowledge, are not available anywhere.
Ye,s one is the unique outfit that Countess Anise wears in the early level personal storyline; but there are others…
The outfit worn by Queen Jennah is also worn by a number of other nobles in Divinity’s Reach and Kryta (dyed assorted colors) so it would be nice to be able to wear that one, even if only at higher levels.
There are a few more that I see on assorted generic nobles and commoners that I’d be delighted to wear; in particular a very simple side-slit skirt that’s a little like the Order of Whispers light armor one you can buy but plainer.
There’s also the pirate disguise that the character gets to wear during the Order of Whispers quest “Down the Hatch”…I’d love to wear that full time on my thief!
I could go on, but you get the point. I really hope that at some point in the future you could add most (all! :P) of these to the many various vendors scattered around the game, either as regular armor option purchases, town clothes purchases, karma purchases, or even crafting patterns.
Having this even broader assortment of “skins” available would just add that much more flavor to the game and give us even greater flexibility in letting our characters look just the way we want them to.
