Guild Wars 2

Wouldn’t it be great if the guild leader could organize guild activites on a calendar in the Guild Panel? The Guild Calendar would be a great place to see what the guild is planning on doing together, such as, scheduling meetings, Dungeon runs, WvW days, PvE days, and so on.

Right now Guilds use the Message of the Day to plan guild activites. This works, but I think Arena Net should push this a step forward and finally create a Guild Calendar.

I think this would be a great addition in the upcoming updates for Guild Wars 2. It would organize Guilds and build community with players.

I think if they ever add Guild Halls, the Guild Calendar should be a giant projection (ala Asura style) in the main Guild Hall instance that allows players to see upcoming events.
It would give a purpose to a guild hall outside of “some place that our guild owns”

That is even a better idea! I liked the concept of Guild Halls in Guild Wars 1. An Asuran projection machine would be awesome in the Guild Hall. I think Arena Net should consider these suggestions.
