I think it would be good for the commanders’ posts during chat to have a small icon (like a star for example) to the left side of it so that players can more easily identify posts by the commanders during WvW. I think this option should ONLY be effective during WvW gameplay and not during chat outside of WvW. And a symbol next to the commanders’ chat posts should only occur while that commander has their tag showing. Commanders’ chat posts are usually more important than other players chat coz they involve orders and directions etc.

well honestly that is what squad chat is for that is a chat that only the commander can use. but honestly most commanders don’t use it because is not vailable. and also their isnt much for a commander to command only special emots commander gets is /squadinfo and he or she can put defend rally hold icons but only people who join their squad can see. i wouldn’t mind the chip icon next to their name showing their a commander rather than looking at map and seeing if that person is a commander.

The issue is that many people are too lazy, don’t know how to or don’t even care about joining the squad. They’ll then miss the important messages. Again other people just explore WvW. These won’t know if they’re needed for something important.
