Hi , as long as i was playing my Charr Warrior i started hate him after 300h playing and start loving my guardian norn. U said problem with personal quest,cultural armor etc. You can fix it by restarting the character like on creating screen with restarting everything also, except proffesion. No restarting Achiv points. Why? casue when u create just and character to make few race achiv u can delete it and you didint lose you poitns. Price ? 500-1000gemstones++.Sorry for non grammar sentences.

How about you just make a norn warrior? Race changes in this game are not possible because of design issues that span the entire game. However:
- 1 to 80, one week of playing or 1 day of crafting
- full exotics, one more week of doing dungeons or paying 10 gold (800 gems)

You don’t lose achievement points if you make a new character

Yes i know but my warrior got full capacitor from fractals and half way point twilight. Also 30 lvl of fractals :/ thats why.

The Full Capacitor and lvl 30 Fractals are a problem but half way point to Twilight is not, since when are Legendaries made by a single character, everything is account bound…

Just make a new character if you want to experience another race you have plenty of character slots
