My biggest issue with added healing is with guardians, several abilities run with healing as an added bonus (virtue of resolve, 2 shouts giving regen, mace #2 and the third hit of #1 giving regen/heal, focus #4) I could see them becoming too much of a tank just from self healing. Also, Necro would become even more tanky with extra healing from life steals.
Condition damage would be the same way with boosting better classes than others, Mesmers and Necros would get huge boosts right off the bat. Yes there are “condition” based specs for most classes, but mesmer and necro would easily benefit way more than others.
Condition Duration I dont really have an issue with. It would cause more people to run with condition clearing skills which isnt a bad thing.
Boon Duration is the same, however I do see a a slight issue with that due to guardians again just because they can drop so many boons its not funny.
I honestly think the best way to deal with the orb situation is just to cut it down. Make it so only the orb in your borderlands gives you the buff. And taking away the other team’s takes away the buff for them, but doesn’t stack onto yours. That way the max is only a 5% buff, but taking an enemy’s orb still has a point.

Orbs should simply be changed to be worth more points. By themselves not as valuable as a castle, but each one perhaps 1/3rd the value of a castle.
Outmanned buff should be useful. As it is, it’s completely useless except for letting you know you are greatly outnumbered. The buff should be to vitality, toughness and healing power.
what if they cut the orb bonuses in half but just had them buff everything I stated in the OP included with current buffs. You have to admit the current stats they buff are pigeon holeing people even more into the extreme spectrums (Burst vs Bunker) I consider condition to be the middle ground there because no matter what it kills you really slow compared to burst but yes can be frustrating if your cond remover is on cooldown or you didnt slot one (your own fault) but same can be said if your certain invul was on cooldown when you were backstabbed etc etc etc. Healing wouldnt get to rampant it would just make the healing debuff on poison (and timed interupts) that much more a viable and widespread option
